We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and measurements are approximate because our fabrics stretch. See the size and fit guide.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are the final price you pay for the item.
  • Delivery within Indonesia is free unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Payment is processed by Xendit (PT Sinar Digital Terdepan), a payment provider licensed by Bank Indonesia. Available methods include QRIS, e-wallets, bank virtual accounts and cards.
  • We may correct pricing errors. If an item was listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraud. We will tell you if this happens.

Delivery

We deliver within Indonesia only. Delivery estimates are set out on our shipping page and are not guaranteed. Responsibility for the parcel passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please check your address carefully, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

Returns and refunds

You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery, as set out in our returns policy. Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in full.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indonesian Consumer Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen).

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the MAMÉ name, logo, images and text, belongs to MAMÉ and may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, courier disruption or public holidays.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you directly and in good faith. If that is not possible, it may be brought before the competent district court (Pengadilan Negeri) [CITY], without affecting your right to use consumer dispute resolution bodies (BPSK).

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
